Everyone talks about fat free food, low fat food, and we forgot about the Vegan’s, they too need to eat low fat.  The link above is to a site that provides you with all the fat free Vegan food you can eat.  It is fantastic.  And for all us Meat lovers, why not try to incorporate some nice meat free dishes as a side dish? 

Vegetarian recipes are great too.  Here are some fantastic vegetarian recipes that can be used as a main meal.  Let’s try to keep it healthy and use these fantastic recipes to better our health and incorporate more vegetables in general in our diet.

  1. here’s stuffed potatoes with asparagus and mushrooms
    serves 4
    4 med potatoes
    1 bunch fresh asparagus
    6 mushrooms chopped
    1 whole zucchini
    3 spring onions chopped
    1/2 tin crushed or diced tomatoes
    basil , oregano and garlic

    cook potatoes in microwave for 4 mins, scoop out the centre place in bowl. In a fry pan spray lightly with cooking spray add zucchini, mushrooms, asparagus and herbs, when tender add tin tomatoes and onions then the scooped out potato. Simmer until heated through, place in potato skins and serve.
