I have been going to the Gym now for a couple of weeks. I have lost around 1 kg, however I feel thinner in my clothes.
This week was terrible because I got my period for the first time since January and I had the worst cramps I have had since I was 13 years old. I have only been to the Gym once this week and I know I’ll be paying for that on Monday. Monday’s are my weigh in day.
There will be allot of changes to my body with the drugs I am on and so losing weight won’t probably happen. I do think I would lose inches though. They only measure every 4 weeks so next Monday should be interesting with all my bloating in place from the drugs I will be taking.
All in all my eating has improved, water intake great, exercise getting there so there you have it improvements however small are fantastic so far as I am concerned. Trying to change your normal routine at the best of times is difficult and if you can even change one thing to better yourself and your health it is a bonus.
